Engage and motivate the sales force to achieve sales goals when Health Care Professionals (HCPs) have historically preferred a competitive brand drug.
Solution
Create a memorable campaign the sales team can get behind and give them the resources and tools to promote the drug with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in a compelling manner.
ROLE
Led brainstorming and concepting process with Senior Creative Director by presenting 4 creative strategic concepts (including visual identity, insights, and strategy in line with brand guidelines) to the client (Brand Marketing Team).
RESULTS
The campaign helped the Sales team beat the diabetes drug sales target by 109.4% while outpacing generic brands in the UK and Ireland, driving it to become No. 1 in the UK & Ireland within 30 days for the 1st time in 5 years. The campaign was intended for just one brand but was extended to a second brand due to its relevance and appeal.
